Gutter Cleaning & Repairs: When we clean the gutters we do everything by hand to remove the leaves and debris from the gutters. All the garbage is placed into plastic bags (which we supply) and not thrown off the roof onto the property. We don’t want to clean one thing and dirty another. We don’t however take the bags with us they are tied and placed normally near the homeowner’s garbage cans, unless requested otherwise. All the down spouts are then flushed out with water using our own hoses. If the temperature is below freezing we will then use a snake to remove the leaves and debris from the leader pipes and elbows. If you have problems with your gutters having them cleaned is the cheapest and best way to determine if you need any repairs or not. After a cleaning is done we can then determine the condition of the gutters better and give a more detailed estimate on all repairs or replacements.

Gutter Installation: We specialize in residential 5” seamless gutters, custom designed for your home. We do all of our manufacturing on site therefore there are never any wasted materials. We use only the heaviest .032 thickness aluminum with the exclusive baked enamel finish. Our standard installation method utilizes a .060 thickness hidden bar hanger fastened with a 2and half inch galvanized screw. These hangers are set in every other rafter beam for ideal support. The screws go in deeper than the spikes and hold the wood much tighter. All of the hardware is hidden inside the gutter eliminating old nail heads and giving a more streamlined appearance. Most residential installations utilize 2x3 aluminum downspouts. Our standard downspout thickness is .020 fastened with stainless screws at all joints. Downspouts are usually attached to the house with an aluminum band screwed into the house’s siding. All of our seamless gutters and downspouts are available in 20 matching colors. Gutter removal and waste removal is always included with our estimates.

At present the bottom row of roofing tiles sit on top of your existing fascias, thus meaning there is a great deal of weight resting on the fascia boards. There are three types of paints that we use for interiors: flats, satins, and semi-gloss. Flats and satins are generally used in living rooms, bedrooms, and hallways. Flat paints don't stand up well in high traffic areas and they do not clean up well if dirt or smudges appear. We don't use flats in high-moisture areas such as kitchens or bathrooms. Satins and semi-glosses work best in these areas. Satins have washability and semi-glosses have scrubability. A good choice for interiors is an acrylic blend, which is durable and provides the most service. We use high quality paints and guarantee a job well done.
